ACT Capital Advisors is representing a Blockchain Developer of Decentralized Cloud Storage Infrastructure. Its core products include a client-facing cloud storage platform, a suite of decentralized productivity applications that replace traditional office tools, and a blockchain network that powers the decentralized storage and computing ecosystem.

With both its client-facing and backend platforms already developed, the Company is seeking $35M in equity investments, raised through one or multiple tranches, to scale its global operations, expand its proprietary platform and layer-1 node operation, and execute its go-to-market strategy. Additionally, for every dollar invested, investors will receive warrants to purchase 0.5 of the Company’s native token at a 50% discount to the Token Generation Event (TGE) price.
