With over 15 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and corporate finance, Nate brings a strategic, hands-on approach to guiding business owners through complex sell-side and buy-side transactions.
Throughout his career, Nate has advised on transactions involving privately held businesses, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers, with a focus on maximizing value and aligning deal structures with client goals. His expertise spans business valuation, financial modeling, deal negotiation, and exit planning.
In addition to his role at ACT Capital Advisors, Nate has a background as both an operator and investor, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities business owners face in the M&A process. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Brigham Young University with minors in Chemistry and Biology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington.
