Dan Nicklaus is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, where he advises owners of founder-led and privately held companies on sales, recapitalizations, and exit planning. Over the past eight years, he has represented sellers across manufacturing, technology, professional services, and healthcare.
Dan has spent nearly his entire career in capital formation and financial services for middle-market, founder-owned, and family-held businesses, including serving as CFO of a diversified family office with assets exceeding $1 billion.
